Dr. Black practices otolaryngology – head/neck surgery with ENT Associates of Alabama. His medical school training was completed in 1988 at Emory University School of Medicine. His residency was completed in 1994 at University of Texas Southwestern – Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas. His practice includes all areas of adult and pediatric ENT with a special interest in endoscopic sinus surgery, tumors of the head and neck and sleep disorders. Dr. Black is also trained in the newest robotic treatments for head and neck cancer. ENT Associates practice performs the most up to date endoscopic surgery of the paranasal sinuses including the newest computer-aided Stealth navigation system, which is available at our St. Vincent’s facility. ENT Associates are also using the radiosurgical somnoplasty for patients with sleep disorder breathing.
