Dr. Stephanie Baj, a Connecticut native, received both her bachelors and doctorate degree from the University of Connecticut. She moved to Birmingham in 2013 for an year-long externship at UAB’s Civitan Sparks Clinics. Stephanie has been with ENT Associates of Alabama since April 2015. She previously worked at a private practice in the suburbs of Boston, MA. At ENT Associates of Alabama she is both a diagnostic and rehabilitative audiologist, specializing in cochlear implants. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association and is licensed to practice audiology in the state of Alabama. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys running, traveling and being outdoors.
Dr. Chelsea Woo was born and raised in Birmingham. She attended Auburn University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Disorders. Chelsea went on to attend The University of South Alabama where she earned her Doctorate of Audiology. Chelsea completed her clinical externship with ENT Associates of Alabama, P.C. and began practicing here in 2014. She is Board Certified in Audiology and is licensed to practice in the State of Alabama. Chelsea specializes in both diagnostics and rehabilitative audiology with a focus in cochlear implants. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Tammy Ellis, M.S., CCC-A received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, at The University of Alabama, Birmingham (UAB), and her Masters in Audiology at the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa (UA). She is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Tammy enjoys working with patients and their families to achieve better communication through education and proper hearing aid devices. When she isn’t working, she enjoys reading, cross stitching, and spending time with family.
Julie joined ENT Associates of Alabama in October of 2007 and worked at our St. Vincent’s Birmingham location. She currently works in both our Cullman Regional Medical Center and Gardendale locations. Julie graduated from Auburn University in 1999 with her Master of Communication Disorders in Audiology. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in 1997. She worked in Georgia and Illinois in various clinical settings before coming back home to the Birmingham area. She has a passion for serving her patients’ needs and helping them achieve their optimal hearing and balance goals whether they are newborn or 102. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA) and a member of the Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama (SHAA). She lives with her husband, two children, and many pets in the Blount County, Alabama area where she volunteers with various community organizations and is active in her church.
Natalie Fulgham, Au.D., is a Board Certified Audiologist with the American Board of Audiology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and holds her state license in Alabama. She formerly served on the Alabama Academy of Audiology Board of Directors as Treasurer and Member-at-Large. Dr. Fulgham received both her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders (Magna Cum Laude) and her Doctor of Audiology degrees from Auburn University. She has since spent her career working alongside ear, nose, and throat physicians with a goal of providing answers and customized solutions for her patients’ hearing healthcare needs. Dr. Fulgham resides in Birmingham with her husband and son. She enjoys spending time with her family, home improvement projects, and music concerts.
Tiffany McKinney, is a native of Arkansas, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Biology cum laude, from the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas. She received her Au.D. (Doctor of Audiology) degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock, AR in May of 2011, where she was awarded the Audiology Scholar of the Year Award for 2011. She has a broad background in both adult and children diagnostic audiology and has experience in fitting hearing aids for both children and adults. Tiffany has a passion for working with patients of all ages, but she especially enjoys her work with children.
Tiffany lives in the Holly Pond area of Cullman County and enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family. Tiffany’s other special interests are hiking and being active in her church.
Dr. Jenny Parker, Au.D., CCC-A received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama, and her doctorate degree from Auburn University in 2010. She is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Alabama, and a member of the American Academy of Speech Language Pathology and Audiology (ASHA), and the Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama (SHAA).
Dr. Parker enjoys being able to work with people of all ages, and sharing her knowledge to help improve communication and empower patients with hearing loss, as well as their families. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, running, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, son, and labradoodle Molly.
Heather Tyldesley, MA, CCC-A is state licensed by the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Communicative Disorders at Auburn University in 1999 and her Masters Degree in Audiology at Louisiana Tech University in 2002. Her sixteen years of ENT experience working with adults and pediatrics has made her a well-rounded clinical audiologist whose special interest is amplification as a treatment option for hearing loss and counseling those patients on adapting to hearing aids/assistive listening devices. She currently resides in Trussville with her husband and two children. She is an avid sports fan (even though she never played a sport past t-ball) and enjoys watching her daughter play collegiate volleyball and her son play travel baseball.
Kelsey Kourmoulis, born and raised in Alabama, received her bachelors and doctorate of audiology from the University of South Alabama. Kelsey completed her fourth year externship at UAB Civitan Sparks Clinic where she specialized in testing children and adults with developmental disabilities. She is a licensed audiologist by the American Speech- Language and Hearing Association and the state of Alabama. Kelsey is eager to help you hear better. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her husband and play with their German Shepherd, Max.
Lindsay Roberts, Au.D., a Maryland native, moved to Birmingham in 2017 for a year-long clinical externship at UAB’s Civitan Sparks Clinics. Dr. Roberts graduated Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Hearing and Speech Sciences from the University of Maryland, College Park. After a year abroad in Germany, she then went on to earn her Doctorate in Audiology from Towson University. Dr. Roberts holds her state audiology license in Alabama as well as a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. At ENT she is currently the diagnostic and rehabilitative audiologist for the Gardendale office. Dr. Roberts has a passion for diagnostics and helping her patients reach their communication needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, coaching gymnastics and being an active member of her church.
