Jonathan L. Levine, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a native of Birmingham. He received his undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine-UAB and graduated with honors including Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Clinical Excellence Award.
He completed residency training at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas (Parkland Hospital). He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He served for many years on the Program Advisory Committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and has moderated scientific sessions at the Academy’s annual meetings.
His practice encompasses the full spectrum of pediatric and adult medicine and surgery of the Ear, Nose, and Throat/ Head and Neck. His special interests include sinus disease and surgery including Balloon Sinuplasty, voice disorders, and Pediatric ENT.
He is married and has three children. He enjoys playing guitar and piano. Dr. Levine sees patients at our Gardendale location.
